- You must not use Hotgie to bypass platform restrictions, misrepresent identity, or access accounts without authorization.
User content
By using Hotgie, you grant only the limited rights necessary to host, process, schedule, and publish that content on your behalf.
Third-party platforms
Your use of TikTok and any connected services remains subject to the terms, policies, and technical limits of those third parties. Hotgie is not responsible for decisions, outages, suspensions, or API changes made by third-party platforms.
Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity carried out through your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for spam, fraud, harassment, or illegal activity;
- upload malware or interfere with the service;
- reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform;
- violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Suspension and termination
Hotgie may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if misuse is suspected, or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
Disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, publication success, or platform availability.
Limitation of liability
